Tenzin and I will be playing sounds and music, as Laurie narrates with chosen text from the Tibetan Book of the Dead. We will be joined by one or two other guest musicians, as well as Laurie on violin, weaving in and out of text, songs, sounds, and silence. 

BARDO SONGS for in Between" - Using selected text combined with musical meditations and sound illuminations this musical meditation concert  will provides an insight into how we can prepare for the mind's journey from the body and the experiences of 'being in the intermediate state.

The 'Bardo Thotrol' (The Great Liberation through Hearing in the Between) texts composed by Padmasambhava (the Lotus Born)  in the 14th century, buried in central Tibet and later discovered by Karma-Lingpa.
