UNDP Cookbook Launch: Adaptive Farms, Resilient Tables

UNDP and the Government of Canada are pleased to invite you to the launch of a new, innovative cookbook that celebrates how culinary traditions in six developing countries are being adapted in the face of climate change. The evening will be full of thought provoking discussion, music, drinks, and small bites inspired by the recipes in the cookbook, with speakers from the Haiti and Cambodia projects, and other special guests. Musicians Jesse Paris Smith and Rebecca Foon will be performing.

Help us raise a glass to the dynamic and delicious world we live in, and learn from the efforts of these project teams.

Adaptive Farms, Resilient Tables draws on experiences from six climate change adaptation projects in Cabo Verde, Cambodia, Haiti, Mali, Niger and Sudan which aim to address the challenges of food security in the context of climate change. The projects are under the Canada-UNDP Climate Change Adaptation Facility (CCAF), supported by UNDP, the Government of Canada and the Global Environment Facility's Least Developed Countries Fund.
